Terms and Conditions of Bin Hire

• The contents of the bin remains the property of the customer until payment is received in full - for unpaid accounts, the same cubic metres of material will be returned to the site;
   
• 24 hours' notice is required for all orders and pickups.  Access must be kept clear for delivery and collection of bins;
   
• Bins placed on footpath, road or road reserve will require a permit from the relevant local authorities.  Bins WILL NOT be placed on the footpath without a permit;
   
• Placement of bins will be at the customer's direction.  We will not deliver/pick up bins if any risk exists.  This is to avoid damage/personal injury;
   
• Bins must be filled to the rim only.  Drivers reserve the right to remove materials filled above the rim and a surcharge will apply for overfill;
   
• Car tyres attract an additional charge of $15 each.  Mattresses attract an additional charge of $30 each;
   
• All due care will be taken, but no responsibility will be accepted, once the truck is on the customer's property;
   
• Bin hire is for 7 days unless a prior arrangement has been made with management.  A day rate applies on a day by day basis for the first 3 days after the expiration of the 7 day period.  From the fourth day after the expiration of the 7 day period and up to a further 7 days, another week's hire fee will apply;
   
• No asbestos, fibro, fibreglass, paint, oils, hazardous materials or food scraps are to be placed in the bin unless a prior arrangement has been made with management and relevant fees have been paid;
   
• Bins damaged during the term of hire will be repaired at the customer's expense.
